You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reasons, starting on the day of the receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible in the original packaging. The costs for returning the order are for your own account. We will credit the full order amount within 14 days.

If you report your return shipment to us via, the processing of the return shipment will take less time.
